About the Role

The Building Manager is responsible for the operational and administrative tasks associated with maintaining a property. Their duties often include overseeing and coordinating building maintenance and repair work, managing cleaning, waste disposal, and security services, liaising with tenants to address their needs and concerns, ensuring that the building complies with health and safety regulations, and handling the financial management of the building, including setting and collecting rent, and managing the building's budget. They play a critical role in preserving the value of the property while ensuring it's a safe and pleasant place for occupants.



  • Relevant degree and 3 years of relevant experience in stratified development or high rise building facilities management.

  • Must be able to speak and write in English and Malay

  • Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Have a good understanding of Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).

  • To Manage the daily operations of the building according to agreed project contract and ensure operations are running smoothly.

  • To lead the team assigned to you, supervise and plan out tasks and schedules

  • To supervise and improvise the works of all related vendors to the management (cleaners, securities, landscapers, etc).
