Key Personnel
Naoto Fujita
Mr. Naoto Fujita possesses all the requisite qualifications relating to building management namely “Qualified Building Manager” “Qualified Building Management Operation Supervisor” and “Registered Real Estate Broker” in which all have a very low passing rate in Japan. He is a Building Management specialist cultivated from vast experience in project development and sales industries for Sumitomo Realty & Development, and building management industry for Gojinsya. He takes the lead in the operation and create new modus operandi and systems by utilizing his expertise to synchronize and localize in Malaysian management scene.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Dixon is a registered Property Manager with BOVAEAP (The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers) and also a member of MIPFM (Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers). He holds a Master’s Degree in Facilities Management from UTM. He is well versed with the newly enforced Strata Management Act 2013. He possesses vast experience managing stratified high rise developments despite his young age and has successfully managed a variety of building major enhancement/replacement projects.

GENERAL MANAGER
Yap Yong Meng
Mr. Yap Yong Meng is a Registered Property Manager with BOVAEAP (The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers). He has 10 years of experience in stratified building management, managing high-rise properties, shopping complex and landed property. Prior to joining the building management industry, he managed a medical centre overseas and was also a General Manager of Operations & Marketing with an established retail company. He holds a Diploma in Management Program from Malaysia Institute of Management.
GENERAL MANAGER (OPERATION)
Mr. Daniel has more than 10 years’ experience in property management. He has managed more than 10 projects, from high rise to landed development, from upkeep maintenance of buildings to major enhancement projects. The interpersonal skills that he learned through his working experiences, turn him a customer oriented and go-to person. With his great passion in properties maintenance industry, allows him to play an active role to connect the property developers, owners, residents, service vendors and relevant authorities such as COB, MPJB and MBIP etc.
